F.A.Q.
Seriously I have been asked all these questions before, even the ones with some humor, its just how I am.
Q. How long have you lived in Maine?
A. Nearly tens years now, first Caribou and now in Presque Isle for several years now.
Q. Do you have family here?
A. Yes, I have family in all over The County from Caribou to Houlton, and I also have family living down in the Portland area.
Q. Where are you from?
A. I Was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and lived there till about I was about 18, also spent a short stint living in Philadelphia, although I consider The County my home.
Q. I’m actually looking for info on advertising or consulting?
A. Please click the tab up above titled Consulting, which should take you where you want to go.
Q. Do you have any siblings?
A. Yes, a younger brother.
Q. How old are you?
A. Older than you need to be in order to run for Congress, but not old enough to run for President.
Q. What school did you attend?
A. Was home schooled for High School, although I went into the Caribou Adult Education Program and earned my GED. Enrolled at NMCC and then later transferred to UMPI where I graduated with my bachelors degree in Business Management Information Systems, although I could have easily earned about half dozen minors if I had stayed another semester.
Q. Are you going to go to Grad School?
A. Might one of these days, haven’t decided yet.
Q. Where do you work?
A. I am a currently working part time as a Director of a Non-Profit Organization, Movie Producer, and political and technical consultant. I like to keep busy doing a lot of very different stuff.
Q. What political party are you?
A. Republican, although I am very open minded and I will be glad to work across the aisle when elected to get things accomplished, but overall my core beliefs and values line up with the Republican Party.
Q. Did you play any sports in high school?
A. Some wrestling and baseball.
Q. Where have you traveled?
A. All over the US, have driven across the country a couple of times. I have also been blessed with the chance to travel the world a bit as well, have been all over the British Isles, Paris, Switzerland, all over Greece, Turkey, and Canada.
Q. Do you speak any other languages?
A. I speak a little Spanish and when I say little I am mean just enough to get me into trouble, but not enough to get me out of it again. I speak even less French, although now having been to several French speaking countries hand signs and sound effects are a great substitute (yes, there is a funny story there).
Q. What are your hobbies?
A. Making cheese cake, watching movies (my personal DVD collection extends to well over a 400 titles), pinball, hiking, anything outdoors really, and cooking.
Q. Do you know how to play chess?
A. Yes I do, although I am not very good at it.
Q. Do you ATV?
A. Yes, at every opportunity.
Q. Why do you own a pinball machine?
A. I love pinball, as it has always been a dream of mine to own an Arcade , and besides my pinball machine is very cool.
Q. Have you ever been diagnosed as legally insane?
A. Not yet, although I’ve run for public office so I guess that’s a fair question.
Q. Favorite food?
A. Depends on my mood and the time of day, as I love to cook and I love food. I will literally eat just about anything. Chocolate covered insects aren’t too bad, something I picked up in the Boy Scouts, although I am really a huge sushi fan. I have actually driven to Bangor just to get sushi (was back when gas was well under $3), and I do highly recommend everyone try sushi at least once, raw Red Snapper is the best. I do though have Italian roots so am always a sucker for anything Italian.
Q. Favorite winter activity?
A. Snow shoeing or downhill skiing, tough call.
Q. Favorite season?
A. Early Fall.
Q. Favorite book?
A. That would be a toss up between the Martian Chronicles and Animal Farm.
Q. Favorite TV show?
A. Currently on TV, Battlestar Galactica.
Q. Favorite sports teams?
A. Everything Cleveland, sorry.
Q. Favorite president?
A. Reagan or Eisenhower, although I like Ike.
Q. Favorite Color?
A. Red, at least that was what I was told to say.
Q. PC or Mac?
A. I am a recovering Mac addict, as I have definitely learned to appreciate the PC, although now they don’t seem to be all that different.
Q. Coke or Pepsi?
A. Moxie, seriously.
Q. Coffee or Tea?
A. I am very partial to tea, although I keep an I.V. drip of coffee with me most of the time.
Q. Myspace or Facebook?
A. I use both, but gotta go with Facebook.
